How to get you chakras balanced:
One thing you have to do is remember our emotional state does not define us.

The energy that flows around us, as well as, inside us, has a strong effect on our sensations, emotions, feelings, behavior, thoughts, and our mental emotions everyday.

A balanced aura allows us to attract positive energy.
Chakra healing issues, in life, do not emerge instantly.
They develop over time, so healing takes place over time.
Therefore relax and let the process occur.

It teaches you the importance of addressing blockage before they occur and overwhelm you.
