Ancient cultures knew that all things carry a life force with them and that there is a guide for chakras that could help us navigate through our journey of life.

Chakras can and do get clogged and cause numerous problems in everyday life. Our energy and the energy of crystals can combine to affect our mental and physical health.

Using crystals we can promote energetic movement and open our chakras.

The story of the chakra is the story of how spirits manifest in the human being.

Understanding that chakras give us knowledge at every level of our being.

That chakras map out the journey to fulfillment and enlightenment.

Chakras models describe how the life force, Prana, circulates between two poles, one in the physical world of the body and the other in the realm of pure consciousness to help maintain a strong fulfilled life.

When Chakras are not balanced:

If the chakras aren’t balanced or the energy gets blocked the creative and life force energy inside us slows down, this is why you need to know how to nourish and heal your chakras. It helps everything in your life – happiness, confidence, manifestation, and spirituality.

There are many ways to balance our chakras when imbalanced or blocked like sound therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy,  crystal healing, gemstone healing, or meditation.
